Mock Fitness Test

FA fitness tests take place this Sunday 6th June at 12pm in Southampton. Are you ready for the test? Would you like one final opportunity to test yourself in a mock fitness test?

This Wednesday 2nd June at the Mountbatten Leisure Centre, Twyford Avenue, PO2 9QA you can really help your final preparations for the test on Sunday by doing a practice 12-minute run on the centre's athletics track.

Meet at the reception in the leisure centre at 6.45pm and bring £2 with you - all are welcome!
